A powerfull tracking tool

The basic syncrawl^® package includes a powerful tracking tool to collect in real-time all the relevant data for evaluating visits carried out in co-browsing (by representative, visit assistance, by date, by IMS geographical zone, by doctor and specialty, by visit duration etc.) You can easily export data into Excel PDF formats. Tracking data are available directly via secure access. It is also possible to create tracking tailored to your specific needs (optional).
